DELIVERY

> For customers within the UK, products will be shipped free of charge within 7 business days.

> For customers within the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Mongolia, Japan, South Korea, products wil be shipped with fees under a maximum amount of £5 within 14 business days.

> For customers within the rest of the world, products will be shipped with fees under a maximum amount of £10 within 14 buisiness days.

> Shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

> Keimfleck is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. RETURNS

> Items not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

> Returns will be accepted within 14 buisiness days of the delivery confirmation date.

> All returns packages should be insured, there will be no refunds if item is damaged or lost in shipping. In such case a claim can be filed with the courier.
